Pros (+) It was close to everything in Tulum and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast that is included pretty good as well.
Cons (-) The room would get very damp overnight and all of my clothes smell of a weird moss like smell. You leave the key, including the one for the safe at the front desk every time you leave the property.
