Pros (+) Good location, nice recent renovations.
Cons (-) Loud, especially dogs barking when owner's are not in the room and kids running in and out of the entrance. Not enough parking spots. Difficult to get thru main doors with luggage since the doors are not automatic. Pretty dirty under the beds, found dead flies in the disposable drinking glasses. Caulk around the toilet looked like my kid did it and stains in the tub.
Pros (+) The rooms were clean and well made even though the hotel seemed outdated. The value was outstanding compared to other hotels in the area. It was not anything fancy but it had everything we needed.
Pros (+) The best price online for Tc at the last minute. I have no regrets in my value per dollar.
Cons (-) While room and Lobby were clean, halls and elevator were dirty

Cons (-) The room was unclean and never did get cleaned. The continental breakfast was scant at best and the personnel were less than accommodating. when I approached them about the unclean room they handed me their manager's card and told me to call them. Not an apology for the clearly unclean room or any effort to fix the situation. We were very unsatisfied with our stay.
