Pros (+) The view
Cons (-) Shower room gets flooded when you use them. The hotel is not handicap friendly. They only have one elevator for the whole hotel guest and staffs use the same elevator.
Pros (+) Most of the staff were great, many of them remembering our name by the second week which added a personal touch. The location is great, with public transport easily accessible as were nearby restaurant and shops.
Cons (-) Room was dirty when we first got there (dust on shelves and floor), had to keep asking for a hand towel almost every day, which was taken away for cleaning despite leaving it on the towel rack. Food a little bit on the expensive side, but plenty of good restaurants close by.
