The Old Course Hotel has a wide range of fitness classes on offer at the Spa Fitness Centre, and with over 10 different types of exercise you will definitely find something that you like. Choose between higher intensity classes such as Indoor Group Cycling, Power Hour or Circuits, or low impact classes such as pilates or yoga, or you might just want to do a bit of stretching with the Stretch and Flex Session. Alternatively, head to the Swing Studio which is an indoor golf simulator where you can choose one of 60 courses to play a game on, at the end of which you will be able to check out statistics like your club speed, the ball speed and the number of sidespins, amongst others.
