Pros (+) Our first night there, apon unwrapping what looked like a freshly made bed, were dirty sheets. Sand and body hair clearly visible. It was extremely off putting. I have a child and the thought of her having to use the same unwashed sheets of some stranger disgusts me. The front desk was very nice but it did take almost 20 minutes to get the fresh sheets, that i put on myself. They did offer for the...

Cons (-) The outer appearance of the hotel was tacky and definitely not luxurious especially not compared to surrounding hotels. For the date you would expect more but I guess you're paying for "the name"? Not worth the time and the customer service is subpar as well. Just bring completely honest since reviews are important for other prospective customers
Pros (+) Husband and I went for our first year wedding anniversary the weekend of 9/9. It was our first time on the island. The staff was helpful with recommendations. They also accommodated special requests for extra towels.
