Pros (+) The housekeeping staff did a great job. The room was very clean. Front desk was courteous and helpful.
Cons (-) Heater didn't work, never got above 60 in the room. Paper thin walls, not worth $157. Door leaked air a lot. "Fireplace" was a joke.

Cons (-) No front desk, no hot water, no signage indicating that it was Tea Garden, the old sign (Tahoe Queen) was the only one we saw. We actually had to get assistance from another motel to locate someone to get us into our room, as the front desk was closed. Then in the morning, there was no hot water and again, no one at the front desk. I am supposed to receive a full refund, as per the manager, but I ...

Pros (+) Staff was nice.
Cons (-) Did not like the fact it was misrepresented on hotel.com the place was under construction and looked a bit worse for wear. You could see that some parts of the room was upgraded BUT they had a very crappy old fashioned heater, no air conditioning just a fan. However, the staff was all nice.
Pros (+) This place is under remodel. The price is cheapest and very clearn, but no A/C and breakfast. Hope they can improve after the remodel.
