Pros (+) Very helpful staff...especially the concierge desk. All staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and when I called for extra items they were delivered quickly. The hotel is right downtown on Orchard, so having a drink at night on the patio was fun--lots of people walking by, a lot of energy and hub-bub!
