Pros (+) Staying on a layover, I had all the basics I needed. The free shuttle to and from the airport is nice and I appreciated the wake-up call for the shuttle in the morning.
Cons (-) Could do a better job with cleanliness -- the bathroom slightly smelled of pee and the glasses provided (although wrapped in plastic) had hair and dirty marks on them.
