We are touring the SouthWest. We pick places to sleep, not stay, so after a long day sightseeing, we come and soak in the hot tub, climb into a nice clean bed, and go to sleep. No loud noises, nice quit, wake and go. Absolutely would stay here again

Pros (+) We needed a convenient, budget friendly place to stay for two nights in Sedona and this fit the bill. Nothing fancy, but clean with comfy beds. Nice sheets & towels and even offered a small continental breakfast to go.
Pros (+) Room was comfortable, shower and bathroom clean, room very clean. Nothing fancy, but we just needed a place to stay. Great location, easy to see from road. Would stay again.
