Pros (+) The bedding super comfortable, fluffy and perfect quality. We were overwhelmed with the staff hospitality, from the bell person( Elias) to the reception( Ivan), room service, the pool attendant. Everyone went above and beyond. My daughter and I commented on our flight back about how our last day in Santo Domingo was outstanding due to the courtesy from the staff at the Sheraton.

Pros (+) The room was spacious and the lobby and restaurants were very nice. Casino next door was unexpected surprise, which my parents loved.
