Pros (+) Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pool and tiny cove beach super convenient. Two restaurants open in hotel which is also convenient.
Cons (-) Rooms need updating but wouldn’t deter us from coming back!

In our stay we got completely ignored by a consierge, had to wait to check in an hour after the check in time, a stuffed animal taken from our room by house keeping never to be returned. Pros (+) I liked the beach being right there
Cons (-) Wifi didn't work for a few hours tons of problems, when we told staff they said that they would call att, they said nothing was wrong with it, finally me fiddling with my phone, and almost a day later we got it to work. But the one thing that pissed me off, was the fact that they have hidden fees like a deposit of some kind that no one tells you before you go, which you if you pay that deposit wit...

Cons (-) Remote didn't work. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work Room stains on counter and the floor that were not cleaned from previous guest. I checked in after 10 pm and was too tired to asked for a different room , then the remote didn't work, again too too tired to call but in the morning when the exhaust fan fan in bathroom did not work I, thought the view was not worth it.
Pros (+) Everything was so unbelievably great. The staff was awesome, the views were spectacular, the water sports were on point, proximity to the center of old san juan and condado center. extreme value for the money.
