Pros (+) The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Slept like a baby. No street noise

Pros (+) Great atmosphere. Decor was perfect. Room was great size, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Walking distance to parks, food and night life. View from our room was stunning architectured buildings and blue skies. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends and family. Looking forward to our next trip!

Pros (+) Staff was nice and tried hard. I loved the coffee in the mornings, the loaner umbrellas, and the quiet rooms.
Cons (-) The bed was rock hard. I asked the front desk for a pad, they didn't have one but props to housekeeping for trying; they put a comforter under the sheets which helped some. It just didn't feel like the high end hotel it advertises as.

Cons (-) The rooms could not have gotten smaller, and our views was of a alley. Horrible experience.
