Pros (+) They picked us up at the airport and coordinated and paid for a taxi back to the airport since their shuttle driver wasn't available. We didn't even ask for this
Cons (-) Hallways were smelling of cigarette smoke. Shuttle is offered only on demand, with a 2-hour advance notice.
