Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. The room was decent, fairly clean, decent size for 2 people. It was within decent distance of just about everything (mall, restauraunts, etc).
Cons (-) The bed was hard, hurt my back and arms. The pillows were so soft though that you sank into them and they did not offer neck support. I found a toe nail in the bedding. The grab and go breakfast is not good. The muffins are so dry I couldn't even finish one.
