Pros (+) The room was clean. The price was cheap. The building was new and modern.
Cons (-) I would not walk this neighborhood at night. It was at least 30 minutes walk to the Old Town Area and probably not close to where you'd want to be. But taxis were under 5 Euros and easy to get.
