Cons (-) It was closed and I wasn't notify of its closure. I was left stranded for hours

Cons (-) Very run down, room reminds you of old motel, shower had soap scum and mildew.
Pros (+) I liked the location and the fact that we were by the pool.
Cons (-) There were prostitutes running in and out of the hotel at a rapid speed. And they were having some pretty detailed and vulgar conversations in the parking lot. That's why I said this hotel was adult only.
