An established budget friendly hotel in the Raleigh area that has been trusted by leisure and business travelers for the last 20 years. We are centrally located in Raleigh with easy access to downtown, RDU airport and walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and malls. Our hotel has been praised for high quality rooms, property cleanliness, and dedicated 24 hour staffing. All of our rooms include flat-screen TVs with satellite channels, microwaves, fridges, free high-speed Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. We offer free breakfast in the morning to get a head start on your day, daily housekeeping and an onsite laundry service. Our large parking lot allows us to accommodate any group size.

Pros (+) Me and my mom liked the cleanliness of the facility. Being that we were there researching the housing market in the area we just needed a place to sleep.
Cons (-) Some things that could have been better were the beds. I felt the springs in the mattress due to the extreme softness. The room could have used a separate sink but all in all the room served its purpose. The WiFi also could have been a bit stronger. We had to continue to toggle between LTE and turning our devices off. It also could have been our service provider (Sprint) which we heard is not the ...

Cons (-) Basic breakfast. Juices did not taste right. Carpeted floors need some remodeling.

Cons (-) The staff was rude, there were roaches in our room, breakfast was a joke, AC didn't work, smelled bad. The sink faucet wasn't connected to the sink. There was mildew. Someone's hair was in our shower. Disgusting. Terrible experience.
