There is no vending machine in the hotel.

Even though the room was available, we could not get into it until 4pm. Unless we paid another $50. When we asked another staff, she indicated by 2pm we could. Staff could have been more accommodating especially if the room was clean and available.

Cons (-) We specifically picked the Hilton for the view of the fireworks and the old city. We paid extra for it and were told when we got there that they had no more rooms left with that view?? Instead we were given probably the worst view in the hotel. The room was on the 4th floor looking over the heated pool.

Cons (-) We had breakfast at the restaurant and I had the lobster Benedict. The potatoes were stale and my eggs were full of egg shell. I let the waitress know and their solution was to discount 15%. The meal was over $20 and should have been removed. There was a snow storm the day of checkisses out so I informed the FD that we may need to stay.
