Cons (-) The customer service. I was looking to extend my star at Pumta Cana so we checked in to the Palladium after The Royalton. It was night and day. They couldn't find my reservation. I had to contact getaroom.com... Was put on hold for 1 hour and a half while they tried to contact the front desk. I tried to hand the phone to the manager he refused. It took me 3 hours to check in!!!!!!!!! I hated that ...

Pros (+) Above average quality for buffet food, pretty good food at the formal restaurants as well. Staff very friendly and helpful considering they have their hands full. Flat screens in every room. Most activities are available on site.
Cons (-) 3 small things: 1) Theres maybe one ATM in the whole complex of properties 2) the restaurant Reservation system is terrible and most nights there was a giant mixup when we went out to eat 3) stingy with the towels man! Clean room? Expect 1 towel, no face towel, nothing else lol
