Pros (+) Decent views, and hot tub worked as advertised. The bacon, eggs and waffle breakfast in the morning was well prepared, and the piano player in the morning was a nice surprise. Staff were generally friendly, and we had no issues getting questions answers, with parking, billing etc. Weather did not permit swimming, but the pool appeared to be in working condition.
Cons (-) Rooms are extremely outdated and are in desperate need of remodeling and minor repairs. The pictures featured on the website are of very flattering angles and cherry-picked areas that do not represent the overall quality of the resort. Pros (+) I loved the atmosphere. The hotel was grand. Reminded me of expensive hotels that I stayed in during my Europe stay. I will plan a trip to Prescott with my husband just so we can stay in Forest Villa. I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel itself was clean, smelled nice and staff was excellent! Good job Forest Villa!!

Pros (+) Took 18 year old granddaughter there. She just loved it , as I. The breakfast could have been a bit more of a variety but we got by. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
Pros (+) I liked the size of the room, the bed was comfortable enough, there are plenty of pillows, ice machine was within close proximity to my room, and the staff at the front desk were very approachable and friendly.
Cons (-) The air conditioning unit blew air that smelled like old socks, wouldn't be too much of an issue on cooler days where it wouldn't be needed, but I'd hate to find out what the heater setting smells like when in use. Pros (+) Despite the following slight irritations, our stay & the rate was fine. We had a week of negative events one after another so maybe our/my sensitivity was elevated... but hopefully you can use my observations to become even better than to hear it as criticism or a guest who complains...
