Arrived in Portland late at night. The hotel was very close to the airport. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was dated but clean and spacious and the beds comfortable and the towels soft and large.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the laundry it needs to be updated.
Cons (-) Very racist staff being I am an African American women. The shower was broken and the staff hardly wore a mask. Had to request to be moved to the room I agreed on when booking. I will not refer my family and friends to stay here. Elnora Riley

Pros (+) If you just need a good nights sleep this is a great place for the money. Comfortable and has everything you need. Staff is very friendly and free shuttle to the airport is great.
