Pros (+) Spacious penthouse suite though different from photos and end of 5th Avenue which makes it easy to access on foot.
Cons (-) Only 1 staff member spoke English so when he wasnt there the others would not assist. The pictures were a bit different from the site. The jacuzzi broken but 2 other pools were great. The showers were lousy installed low and no water pressure and couldnt open bathroom doors more than halfway. We learned we far overpaid compared to others staying there.
