This small beach hotel is located at the corner of 40 Street/5th Avenue and 5th bis, in the heart of the city of Playa Del Carmen and near of the Xaman-Ha aviary.  The surrounding area offers several small shops and dining venues and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Which guarantees, that the guests will be able to dip their toes in the sand just minutes after walking from the front door? The comfortable rooms of this boutique hotel are finished in minimalist style and feature flat-screen TV, small kitchenette, spacious beds and few open to balconies. Guests will be able relax in rooftop hot tub and admire the breath-taking view of the sun setting over the ocean.
