Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful lakeside location, spacious and clean rooms, and excellent service from the staff. Many enjoyed the views of the lake from their rooms and found the breakfast to be delicious and satisfying. The club lounge and onsen facilities were also appreciated. However, some guests were disappointed by the lack of in-room amenities and occasional crowding at breakfast or the bath areas. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making for a comfortable and memorable stay.
