Pros: We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine for husband's birthday. Hours later, we were brought fresh homemade cookies from the restaurant below. We ordered room service breakfast for the am, which was paired with complimentary coffee and a newspaper. The beds at the Colcord are the absolute best in the area, which is why we chose this hotel. We leisurely walked to the Vast, a restaurant on the top floor of the skyscraper next door-- literally next door to the Colcord. The whole experience was phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend treating yourself to a stay here!!!

Pros: Comfortable bed. Quiet.
Cons: Bad work space. Not enough outlets for chargers. Probably the worst desk light I’ve ever seen. It’s a fluorescent bulb, held in a chintzy chrome case, without a shade to keep it from glaring into eyes. It’s all design. No function. The designer who picked it did not consider that its use. I need to do at least a few hours of desk work every day when I travel for business. I’ll orobanly head to the Hilton or Ambassador (Marriott) for my next business trip.

Pros: We had a great night in a beautiful room. The staff did a wonderful job making sure we felt welcome. They even sent some complimentary wine when they heard it was our anniversary.
Cons: Struggled controlling the temperature in the room. Outlets were hard to find as they’re connected to furniture. The nice TV was frustrating because the channels didn’t change in order nor match the printed or on screen guide.

Cons: I booked a king room. When I checked in I was given a double room instead. I inquired and the staff blamed it on my booking via a 3rd party site. I was told that if I had booked directly with the hotel, that would not have happened. Furthermore, the staff did nothing to correct the matter and did not offer to compensate me for the inconvenience. Lastly, I suspect that the room mixup had less to do with using a booking app and more to do with the NBA team that was staying there the same night as us. I’m sure the hotel favored their bookings with regards to king beds and other requests. Either way, probably will not return.

Pros: The hotel and the room were beautiful, even my 13 year old son was impressed! The staff at the front desk, valet, and bar were very friendly and helpful. Prices for amenities (valet, bar...) were very reasonable. our stay was very pleasant overall. Walking distance to bricktown.
Cons: The pool and the beds are a little small but are very nice. Parking choices are limited. It’s pay for valet (one fee per day no matter how many times you get your car) or parking garage (which charges you every time you leave). The room service people were terrible. We called and placed an order, after a 30 min we called the front desk and they transferred us to room service, there was no answer. After 50 min we called room service again. They said “we totally forgot which room, it’s in the way now”. After 30 more min I called room service to cancel and my call went unanswered. The front desk assured me that I would not be charged for my order and I wasn’t. It was just disappointing.

Pros: Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away!

Pros: Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it.

Pros: It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming. Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.

7.1
Pros: Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room.
Cons: When I booked the room and read the description of the room on kayak.com, it stated the refrigerator would be stocked with a dry/wet bar. When we arrived the fridge was empty. Also, we went to dinner at the landing restaurant and it was horrible. My fiancé ordered a drink and the bartender started pouring it. Then I ordered the exact same thing and noticed that the bartender poured about half as much alcohol in mine than she did his. The drink tasted like water. Also, the waitress was making conversation with the bartender while we were standing at the bar and was very unprofessional. When our salads arrived at dinner, they were so drenched with dressing that neither of us touched them. The main course was good, but I expected excellent. The menu was pricey and we did not get what we thought we would. Later on when it was time for bed, the pillows on the bed were so flattened and offered no support. I had a neck ache for the next 2 days. The room was so cold and it was windy outside. We could hear the wind from outside and there was a noticeable draft coming in from the balcony door. The balcony was so small and looked like it might fall off the building if anyone stepped onto it.

Pros: The price. Which I am sure is discounted because of the plandemic. Location.
Cons: Didn’t like that they kinda assumed we wouldn’t want cleaning service. Breakfast went down to an extreme low. The omelette was great as usual but the rest of the food was warm at best. Would be better walking around and serving juice instead of stupid little containers. No toast or breads. Instant oatmeal. Was very disappointing

Pros: Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable.
Cons: Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.

Pros: I enjoyed the soft bed, segregated living room from the spacious bedroom/bathroom, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is concurrently l convient with major highways close by and plenty of places to eat all around.

Pros: The location
Cons: Our room had hair on the bed, bathroom counter and in the shower. There were bugs that appeared to be lady bugs on the walls and ceiling. We won’t be staying at this one again.

Pros: The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00. The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay!
Cons: The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.

Cons: Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.

Pros: I stay at the Sheraton each time I'm in OKC and it never disappoints. Quiet and reserved if you want it with a great food and drink spot hopping downstairs. It's perfect for business and pleasure travel alike.
Cons: I do wish the room service menu had more options.

Cons: Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.

Cons: I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Overall, it was pretty dirty.

Cons: This place was an absolute dump. Between the front desk person yelling at customers and the sketchy people outside to the awful filthy rooms, we couldn’t get out fast enough. As room as we walked into the room and saw how dirty it was, we left and went to a different hotel. Don’t waste your money here.
