Pros (+) Location and access very convenient. Breakfast was tasty, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and A/C worked great. Excellent business value for price and short stays.
Cons (-) Facility showing age. Hallway walls scuffed, carpet needed vacuuming. Did not like parking fee as site is in an abandoned shopping mall and is surrounded by empty parking lot. Clerk did not recognize status on check-in. As I left check-in I inquired if I could have a water bottle from the "store". Clerk said "sure, It is a gift." Pros (+) Staff was courteous and helpful. Location was quiet. Food/ snacks in lobby was great. Common spaces (exercise room, pool and lobby) were clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) First room assigned the air conditioner was not working. Front desk sent maintenance to the wrong room in response to our maintenance request. Found maintenance staff waiting in chair by elevator "for someone to be in the room." He went across the hallway instead of our room. Second room assigned was clean and A/C worked.
