Pros (+) The staff was friendly. Our room had the hot tub in it which was amazing and the king size bed was so comfy we never wanted to get up! the closes to everything was awesome! I never made it to the pools.
Cons (-) It's a little pricey. But the closeness to the board walk makes it worth it. Room was kinda dusty. They must not be detailed cleaners. But other than that we had a great time!
Pros (+) We had a hot tub in our room and the location was good. The view was decent
Cons (-) The Off site parking was kind of annoying. The hotel looked like it needed a little touch up renovation. It was far over priced for the value . Only one slow, small, elevator.
Pros (+) Steps away from the boardwalk with the shops and restaurants. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was polite and helpful.
Cons (-) The mattress was very soft. I did not sleep as well as I like. Need to have better parking facilities. Parking spaces are very narrow.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was excellent - near the boardwalk and beach; within walking distance of water sports. The hotel room was extremely clean, beds were heavenly - very comfortable! The view from the rooftop was incredible. Pool was a bit on the small side but my niece and I had a great time swimming around in it.
Cons (-) The indoor pool was under repair during our three-night stay. The continental breakfast consisted of only muffins, fruit and coffee. Would have liked to see more of a variety, such as cereal/oatmeal, bagels.

Had a microwave but were given instructions as to what could and could not be heated up in it, parking was a joke, only one elevator for entire hotel. Pros (+) THE POOL WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY FOR THE YOUNGER CHILDREN. THE POOL WASN'T TOO LARGE AND IT WAS NICE BEING ON THE ROOF. THE HOTEL STAFF WERE ALL VERY NICE. SECOND FLOOR IS THE WAY TO GO. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING THERE AGAIN.
