Pros (+) Location was superb - you're steps away from the beach. Its very convenient to walk to restaurants as well. Staff was very friendly. View of the water from the room was very nice to wake up and walk out too.
Cons (-) floor and carpet was SUPER wet. It started off near the AC and then spread to the rest of the room. We had to walk around with sandals on because we didn't want our feet to get wet. We informed the front desk about it, who sent up someone to fix it temporarily and remove the wetness from the floor. But that didn't last long as it was quick to get wet again. Pros (+) Great view of ocean. Quick walk to beach. Inside pool was warm enough to enjoy.

Pros (+) Really enjoyed the location and was surprised at the cleanliness of the facilities given the price.
Cons (-) Only complaint was the comfort of the beds. This is very knit picky but my overall experience was really good.

Cons (-) People were smoking pot and partying inside the hotel room. We reported it 3 different times and nothing was done

Pros (+) Our room had a full refrigerator, microwave and sink which was great for bringing along food and drinks. The extra pull out couch was a nice touch. We were less than a block from the beach and they had an outside shower. Our housekeeper was very responsive and sweet. There were restaurants and breakfast places within walking distance but you had to take the bus to night clubs and the boardwalk.
Cons (-) There are no separations between the balconies so you can see everyone on your floor. The front desk staff was knowledgeable but not especially friendly.

Cons (-) would gave been great to know about the "no warning, no questions asked, no party policy" befirehand, especially since we were in ocean city for a bachelorette party. Also the lady at the front desk was training and checking in at 5 pm took FOREVER.
