Pros (+) Yes both was amazing
Cons (-) The heat in the room wouldn't work and the toilet took a while to flush
Pros (+) The front desk staff was wonderful.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was awful. Room was a mess. Housekeeper closed elevator on me and young daughter, intentionally. Two housekeepers, were gossiping about guests. They made it very uncomfortable in the morning. Because of housekeeping, we won't be back. We are here once a month, better hotels across the street.
Pros (+) Breakfast included. Staff was very friendly. Was fine for passing through but I would not recommend staying longer than a quick night.
Cons (-) Not good for kids. No high chairs, space for a pack n play or areas to run around. Pool is very tiny. Elevator and numberous guest smell strongly of weed. Seemed more like a place to have hotel parties than a family place.

Cons (-) First room was dirty.. Then moved to a second room only to have one bed.. this was after we were told they where full for the night. Had to go online and book the room.
Pros (+) The place was clean and really quiet considering how close it is to the I75.
Cons (-) This Microtel was difficult to find even with a GPS. It is tucked into an area behind a service station next to a TSC hardware store. If you miss the very small sign there is no way to turn around without going under the I75 to make a U turn and head back for a second look. They really need a bigger sign at the entrance. Pros (+) Very clean , could not ask for a better experience! Price was right .. Breakfast fantastic ' room was perfect ' great , great , GREAT !!
Pros (+) We actually sought out this motel for a repeat stay on our return from southern FL. It is away from traffic, has a surprisingly complete breakfast, and the staff were extra helpful on a couple of details. Our room, on third floor, was quiet, comfortable and clean.
