The room was spacious and comfortable with a good view. The bathroom was not well kept, and the room was not serviced during my stay, I had to call the front desk. Also, there was not disclosure of a resort fee until I checked out. Also, on weekends parking at the hotel is not free, I was staying on weekdays, but that cost would have added up very quickly to make the hotel cost unaffordable.

Pros (+) The staff were amazing! A great help to us. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do during our stay.
Cons (-) The curtains didn’t close. The sun rises early.

Pros (+) Rooms were good sized. The hotel is clean.
Cons (-) About five miles from the falls and not an easy walk. The $14.00 a day parking is a bit steep especially based on location. The IHOP is under construction so there are no onsite food options. The wifi is very slow but free. There are no fridges or microwaves in the rooms. They are are doing remodeling in areas of the hotel. The pool is small.
