Pros (+) Location was great, walkable everywhere in under 20 minutes. Room was cool looking.
Cons (-) A blanket in the bed. A window in the room. Not having to pay for every individual breakfast item. $3 for a banana after $400 a night for the room is insane.

Parking was ridiculously overpriced so we just went right down the street and parked for $40 the whole weekend which is a bargain compared to what aloft was offering. Pros (+) Went to a Saints game, it was a great location and easy walk to the French Qtr. as well as the Superdome. Enjoyed the modern décor, lobby bar and pool table.
Pros (+) Brand new and very clean, pet friendly, spacious room and very nice design. Staff was very nice and friendly. Great overall.

Cons (-) Room was not cleaned during 3 night stay, even after request. Pool was closed. Bar closed early. Rude staff that was very unhelpful. Would not stay in an aloft again unless absolutely necessary.
