Cons (-) Staff is kind of cold. Didn’t like that security made me check my trekking gear as if I was carrying weapons. Wouldn’f even let me bring my bag to the front counter. The front counter staff is slow and tries to take control or talk you out of everything. Both times I stayed I would ask a simple quesrion eg, “Whwre’s a fun place to go at night.” Or “Do you think Uber is cheaper?” They would totally...

The staff are magnificent and go out of their way to be helpful - without being intrusive Our room was fantastic - it had a design theme encapuring India anD was a welcome change from the usual comfortable but boring airport hotel rooms I would ( and in fact already have ) recommend this hotel
