Cons (-) Even the place was located only few blocks away from the main road and the Piperi Beach, it was steep hike up the hill. Luckily, we had scooter, but occasionally it was a hike up the hill two short blocks. so make sure, that is not an issue. Neighbors across the streets were sometimes loud. Drain in the shower was slow.
