Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Montreal on foot and access attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Many found the beds comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. However, several reviews noted significant cleanliness issues, particularly with carpets and sofa beds, and mentioned that the hotel and its furnishings are dated and in need of renovation. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the complimentary offering and others finding it minimal or served in a cramped space. Overall, the positives centered on location, bed comfort, and service, while cleanliness and outdated facilities were common concerns.
