Cons (-) The many stairs at the entrance and to rooms on upper floors may be daunting to older or infirm guests. An elevator would be an asset, but it's hard to determine where it could go. Pros (+) Chateau Versailles is in a good location, close to several museums, Mont Royal and withing walking distance of several boutiques and shops. It is near the upscale portion of town and not too far from the Vieux-Ville, close to the Metro. Clean, quiet and with a stately entry and an accommodating staff. Good selection of breakfast foods and beverages.
Cons (-) The decor of the rooms and common places is rather dated and could be upgraded. It hints 1980 decor linger but is clean and kept up, new carpet throughout would be advised.
