Pros (+) Stayed over 4th of July weekend and small boutique hotel and there fixing it up so its a steal for the money and location was great- very big rooms. Its like an old condo olace there making into a hot...
Cons (-) I would say parking but thats everywhere on Miami beach especially during the holidays just get there early and get in the garage which is on same block.
