Pros (+) The hotel was located in a great place. My fiancé and I like to walk around when we go to a new place and this has so much within 15 minutes or less. We also liked the fact that it was in a small street off of the Gran Via (think Main Street) so it was quiet. The AC was STRONG which was well needed as it was in the 95ish degree fahrenheit range during our stay in Madrid.
Cons (-) From the reviews it was what I expected; the room was small, used a lot of colors and patterns you would find "at grandmas house" and because we go a room next to the elevator we could occasionally hear it (not a big deal as it was not as loud as some have expressed in reviews I've read).
