A true 5 star hotel, conveniently located near the river and a train station.
The hotel staff and service was excellent. All the little extras were unexpected and I’ll definitely keep me coming back. The happy hour and breakfast was excellent. Highly highly highly recommend. The location is also fantastic

Cons (-) There is really nothing to criticize without being very picky. I might suggest more hand rails in the bathroom, especially in the shower for older clients. But nothing else even comes to mind.

Pros (+) The location was perfect! Walking distance to most points of interest, nightlife just steps away. The whole staff was on point and super helpful. Karen at the front desk was the best! She was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this hotel everyone.
Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful. They were available immediately at the slightest need for service. Restaurant was pf very good standard, bathroom was exceptional with changing light and music playing in bathtub area. Location was central with easy walk to restaurants and stores. Free wine, snacks, popcorn, and fruits added zest to the visit.
Cons (-) Probably a bigger and more stylish lobby can be something for the hotel to plan.
