Pros (+) Staff were professional and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping were timely upon request, wether we needed extra towels or needed a cleaning.

Cons (-) Bed had a dip in the middle and killed my back. Paying $12/night for WIFI is ludicrous. Even The small cafes on Queen St have free WiFi.
Pros (+) The hotel was great. Great location. Clean. Nice staff. As nice as any Marriott we have stayed in.
Cons (-) Restaurant was understaffed and food was not up to Marriott standards. We could have purchased better food at any of the other local restaurants within walking distance.
Pros (+) There for a dance convention with my daughter. The hotel was fully booked but the staff did a great job of managing a large number of guests. The elevators were a problem since everyone started and finished their workshops at the same time of day but they could not control that. Cons (-) I didn't sleep well because of a fight in the hallway that took the hotel stuff way to long to resolve. Also I'm a platinum member and was unable to get a king room that I requested.
