Cons (-) Our car broke down on I-94E so we had to get a room for the night. The next day when we asked to store our luggage for a few hours while we were waiting for our car to be ready the front desk attendant seemed put out. Cons (-) The woman running breakfast had no clue. When we got there, there were no hot entrees. I asked if we could have some more scrambled eggs, and she explained that there had been a rush, and it would be a small wait. Fine - until I looked around for something else to eat.
