This latest trip for us was just okay... A front desk staff was not at standard hospitality level. Amber restaurant offered variety of breakfast, but few were at good level. Another downside was the front desk staff and restaurant staff mostly did not wear mask despite Thailand's rising COVID-19 hospitalization and death. The preventive measure of the hotel at the moment was not adequate.
