Everything, from staff to location the bathroom didn't have a bath curtain and the floor became always wet and without proper draining
Friendly Staff with a smile.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly staff. Very lively decor. Perfect location. No, very impressed with it.
Very good rooms None
though centrally located the hotel is quite. rooms are big and comfortable, reasonable price the hotel has 6 floors but only one relative small elevator. There were too many cases in which one couldn't get into the elevatore
Convenience only Only the price and breakfast extra (not included in exhorbitant rate - petty)
The breakfast. Would have expected tea and coffee facility in room.
Very nice and serviceminded stuff at the breakfast buffet
Reception staff (Julie) was really helpful - nothing was too much trouble.
The location is good. The buffet breakfast is good for the roomrate. The setting is quite quaint. The hotel staff to be more warm and friendly.
Ideal situation with friendly staff and a excellent breakfast each mornining. The hotel is quiet and made for a most enjoyable stay in Hannover.
Excellent location, very clean, very friendly staff. Nothing of consequence
Breakfast was very good. Charging the room when booked.
In city centre. close to nice restaurants
It was so central to everything in Hannover city.
The staff were very helpful. Clean. Rooms were pleasing and welcoming. Room 105 (bathroom only) had a very dirty smell, it prevented the guest from using it. The whirl bath in room 201 didn't work.
Excellent location, nice and big room. Very good breakfast. Breakfast should be included in price.
The location and the service
Excellent location, very quiet, surprisingly, given that it is right in the City Centre. The room we were given was large, with a large well-eqipped bathroom.
Close to everything in the city centre. Tiny room, did not feel secure, no safe, looked like not updated since the mid 70s
Hotel was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful. The tv was too small to watch and had a poor selection of channels.
Only where it was situated
Good, friendly staff A laundry service or self service laundry would be good
nice hotel staff, very good location, convenient and clean room
Excellent buffet breakfast
staff were very helpful
good location in the center, clean, simple and basic but good value for money could hear my neighbours snoring, taking showers etc. several rooms away
Nice hotel at a surprisingly low price given its central location. Wireless internet was reliably functional. Some of the rooms require the doors be renovated, if not also basically fixed (e.g. I had one with a lock where the main bar could not be used).
Value for money, clean
The staffs are helpful and good customer service bathroom too packed
The room was cheap, clean and equipped with all necessities (bathroom, bed, desk, free WiFi TV [not used]). The location in the town center allows for a direct access of many interesting places in Hannover. All in all the hotel offers very good value for the price.
excellent breakfast and good location low speed wi-fi inretnet and I can not used Skype (but good connetion), bad pillows, noisy
Free WIFI, Very close to the central station just 8-10 mins walk, very well located, breakfast was good enough, staff was very helpful. nothing
I found the staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel was very comfortable and accessible to surrounding areas
Although a good walk from the station it is very well placed for sightseeing and they serve a good breakfast On a noisey road, wouldnt like to stay there in summer as no air conditioning and having windows open would be a problem
The trouble taken by staff and especially Mr Kurt Luehmann to find out information for us; and the splendid furniture ion the Chinese room. No
Friendly & helpful staff. Spacious room, close to shopping & restraunts.
Central location, nice lounge, good restaurant. Staff fairly friendly Unstable/not working wireless connection. Staff did not understand the criticality for business travellers to have accesss to internt.
breakfast was good room was very tiny, dirty and smelly
it's a very nice hotel in the centre of Hanover. Everything was really good for the 3* hotel!
Excellent Location. Close to HauptBahnhoff and main shopping area. On arrival, with bag in hand, managed to cut my finger on the sharp key-ring. The nearby church bell which rang out commencing 7.00am. and on each quarter-hour. Lack of soundproofing in the room door - making it impossible to sleep while the noisy cleaner chatted with another woman in an extremely loud voice for at least half an hour in the corridor outside my room early in the morning!
Located in the old town, just a 5-7 min walk from the train station. Walk down the promenade, on the rigt side of the big church, an then turn right. It doesn't look so much on on the outside, but it's great!! Love it! And both wi-fi and a great breakfast included!! They even give you earplugs and a little candy. Earplugs were not needed, good isolation. The special price I got via booking.com (43€ for single room), made everything even greater! =)) Nothing at all!! And I am a bit hard to please sometimes.
The hotel was in the centre of the city, and it is nearly 600 m to the main train station. Very dull hotel small rooms
The location of the hotel was very convenient. The hotel staff were not at the front desk for early morning checkout. The room was cold and the heater was not working. There was no hair dryer. Compared to other hotels in the same price range in Salzburg, Berlin, Prague and Munich, this hotel was not good value for money.
Staff is excellent. Breakfast is served at 7-00 pm. The hotel was under renovation. However there is no word about this on site. There is not the telephone in the my tiny room.
Small and convienient hotel. Cean rooms and bathroom, good continental breakfast. Good for tourist or short business trip, Good value for money WiFi not readily available.
Compact but comfortable room in nice part of town with easy access to tram/railway network.
No good for persons with handicap
Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Good breakfast None, apart from fact that I had to pay in cash rather than with a credit card.
The hotel was very easy to find, very pleasant æsthetically, and the levels of comfort and privacy were very high. But the best thing about Garni Hotel Reverey is how accommodating, friendly, and helpful the owners are. The breakfast was also consistently excellent.
Hospitality, helpfull and good localization impruve de internet conection
The best budget hotel I've ever seen.
friendly helpful staff, very good breakfast shower too small
The hotel staff were quite courteous and helpful, though occasionally providing incorrect information (in German, not English)
Big rooms with plenty of space! Nice and quiet place with no noice on the street!
Staff were very helpful. It was very quiet, which is a good thing!
Great location and liked the toy store across the way. They had some fun play areas set up outside for our kids to play with (3.5 and 2 years old).
Nice front desk, good service. Excelent location Very little tiny room!
I had a big suitcase and I was in a room on the 3rd floor....no elevator! It was alot of work to get up there and back down again with my luggage.
You got your own key, also for the outside door, so you feel like in your place. There is a bar/restaurant in the entrance, which is cool but prices are not so fair. The Breakfast is not included, you can get it for a normal price, it is fresh but really the simplest breakfast that you can find.
The service was perfect Noise in the toilette, shower and wash-basin when water was running
Peter the son of the owner was a great host. Nice having a plaza and a heated sidewalk cafe in the front of the hotel. Restaurant was good. no lift, but only a minor inconvenience
Hotel is in the city center so there is quick access to train and shopping centers. There are a lot of restaurants and bars available in the area. Prices are so expensive, also rooms are so small.. Slippers needed..
Closeness to the city center, insulation windows, quiteness Size of the room/bed (too small),Wall thickness (noises from adjacent rooms), worn-out shower head
The hotel was quiet, despite being quite close to the Kroepcke U-Bahn station. Staff were friendly and helpful; WLAN cost only 3 Euro per day, which is a real bargain.
We liked the location of the hotel in the city centre. We had an excellent meal at the hotel one evening. We didn't get a warm welcome and the reception desk was tiny.In England it would be described as a pub with rooms available. The worst thing was the 55 stairs we had to climb to our rooms which were on the second floor. Chairs were provided at the end of each flight. The rooms were tiny. The double room had beds along the wall. There was no room for them to be next to each other. Although the price was very cheap I think we should have been told about the stairs. There was no lift. The staircase looked very old fashioned and in need of modernisation. Also there was no fresh fruit for breakfast - only tinned.
