Pros (+) I love the space in the rooms and how it’s set up like an apartment with everything you could need in the kitchen. I love the location. Very convenient. And the underground parking is very nice!

Cons (-) Didn't like tha I checked in after 3, but only one room was ready, so I was over the parking garage on the first floor.
Pros (+) Location, great room size for value. Full kitchen really had a full kitchen.
Cons (-) Lobby is so tiny and doesn't feel like hotel. If you are looking to sleep in, keep in mind the very loud construction directly across the street starting at 7am (summer-ongoing 2015) When I got to my room there was a large soaking wet spot on the floor... When I asked I didn't get an answer.. Hmm..
