Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, highlighting its proximity to the sea, city center, and main attractions. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews express strong dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities, citing issues such as dirt, mold, unpleasant odors, and poor maintenance. Service is also frequently criticized, with reports of unresponsive or rude staff, lack of on-site personnel, and unresolved problems. Overall, while the location is a clear positive, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service to meet guest expectations.
