The worst experience I’ve had in hotels in Dubai! From a terrible check-in experience (with a person named Taha), including the rooms not being ready/available by 3pm (got the room at 4:20pm); to the poor facilities (long waits on elevators) and service (including laundry service). Unlike my usual stays in Dubai (8-9 stars), to this hotel with an experience of 7 points max.!
