Cons (-) Didn't, have my reservation when I arrived. Didn't have room I requested put us in a smoking room that was filthy. Carpets stained, rips in bed, air condioner had bugs in it. My friend has asthma but they didn't have other room available. No maid service we had to come and get toilet paper and clean towels. No breakfast and pool closed all 5 days we were there. Smelled like smoke when we walked in...

Cons (-) Hotel staff had a very ugly domestic dispute with their children present. Room was filthy and reeked of smoke. Ants in bed and on bedside table. Horrible disgusting experience.
