Pros (+) Neat motel sitting at the entrance of Manitou Springs. Great views including Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods! Family run, very friendly and courteous. Room was exceptionally clean; bathroom had just been remodeled and the shower worked excellent. Toilet and sink sparkled! Complimentary soaps and face wash. Booked a 1 bed and to our surprise a separate sitting area was included, complete with lar...
Cons (-) Bathroom shower/bath towels were a bit small but got the job done. No closet, but there is a rack with provided hangers and suitcase stands. No counter space in bathroom, but a large shelf is there for your toiletries.
