Pros (+) Location was rather convenient. There is a Starbucks to the back and a Seven Eleven. There's a 24 hour boutique supermarket one block down, and across the street several tea shops and a hair salon. Only 15 min drive or so from Chun Xi Lu, one of the central locations in Chengdu (IFS is based there).
Cons (-) The staff was poorly trained. The room felt dirty and not sure if it was good value for the money. I have stayed at Oakwood in Tokyo and it is 1000x better. The living room/kitchenette was too spacious while the bathroom space was insufficient.
