Cons (-) The staff was rude. There were no batteries in the remote.
Pros (+) Great location, free wifi, great free breakfast, clean rooms with comfortable beds, what more could you want?
Pros (+) The room was just as expected - the same setup as every other Springhill Suites.
Cons (-) The room was significantly smaller to the point where the pullout sofa could not even be pulled out and hit the tv stand. The room ad a faint odor that my kid made a comment about.
