Pros (+) The breakfast was good for being a hotel lobby. There is only one cook and the cashier is the server. That makes for slow service.
Cons (-) The bed was old and sunken in the center. I requested a room change and was accommodated immediately. I had higher expectations for a Hilton hotel.
Pros (+) Clean, helpful staff, excellent location, price not unreasonable (but not a deal either). We booked night before and got a room overlooking rooftop A/C units, but that was our fault.
Cons (-) One small patio with indirect view of the harbor from about 20% of it. The hotel needs to offer more lounge space with a direct view of the river - it's right there, so tantalizing - and we were told the only lounge area was the small patio off the lobby bar. Disappointing.
